As a leading social research company specialising in sport, community and youth sectors, Substance is looking for an experienced Senior Researcher to join our successful central Manchester based team working with industry leading clients.

Substance was established 11 years ago and is a growing business committed to applied research approaches that means the work we do has genuine impact, whilst also having academic rigour. We also develop and make use of technology to facilitate data capture, practice based learning and greater social impact.

As the Senior Researcher, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the expansion of the research portfolio;
• Working with clients such as; Sport England, professional football clubs, RNLI and DEFRA delivering a high-profile range of applied research;
• Helping to secure, manage and deliver new and ongoing projects.

In return, the Senior Researcher will receive a salary of up to £45,000 pa depending on experience plus an excellent benefits package.
